Water is not drinkable and we all guests have to buy bottled water for Rs 20 from the hotel every day. Water is hard salty and cant even wash your mouth.
They do try to feed you good food as per them but hygiene and quality can be bit of a issue if you are visiting from abroad. Me being non veg was fine with food but my hubby being vegetarian did struggle and fell sick.
Its a remote place so no doctors or medical support around.
Staff does their best to help within their capacity.which is limited.
We could not see few places as it was not accessible to public or tourist because some minister were visiting those tourist spots , however we had paid for the same its a loss for us not getting what was in itinerary. Food was also not as per listed in package but was just ok.
Rooms very specious , well ventilated, flooding sunlight, near, washrooms big and very well maintained.

We recently visited Sundarban Tiger Roar Resort as a group of six friends, and it was the perfect choice for our weekend escape. From start to finish, the trip was seamless and left us with some wonderful memories.

Service & Staff: This was the standout feature! The staff, tour coordinator, and guide were incredibly professional, gentle, and attentive. They truly made us feel at home throughout the entire stay.
Accommodations & Food: Our rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We were also very satisfied with the food quality and the overall hygiene standards at the resort.
The Experience:
The water boat safari was a highlight of the trip. Navigating the Sundarbans with such a capable team made the adventure feel both safe and exciting.
Suggestions for Improvement:
While our experience was "Very Nice" overall, there are a few small areas where a little extra attention could make it perfect:
Boat Amenities: The boat area could use a bit of a refresh. Specifically, ensuring clean tablecloths and better covers/organization for the drinking water jars and food serving zones would elevate the experience.
General Upkeep: A few decorative modifications and deeper cleaning on the boat would match the high quality of the resort itself.

The rooms are very clean and hygienic and most importantly the stuff are extremely helpful and very co-operating.
The food is light, less oily and tasty and has a lot of varieties.
The boat service is extremely good too. Even the boat food is extremely hygienic. The guide was very friendly and extremely patient.
You will have no complaints about this resort and their service.
Our Tour was planned and guided by Miss SurjyaSikha.
From the start our Driver Mr Ram was really amazing and friendly. Mr Mukherjee & Mr Sarkar were always there to help us if we needed anything. The captain of our Boat Mr Mondol was also helpful. The food was extremely delicious. I would revisit Sundarban just to stay at this resort for the food and the hospitality provided.
Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Some small issues are there , like outlet of basin Jali need to provide, which, hopefully will solve shortly.
Foods served were hygienic and delicious.
Boat , pickup Innova, provided to us was excellent and on tour guide on boat was also very cooperative, humble, and knowledgeable.
Location is quiet and serenity prevails.
Evening programs were also very interesting and entertaining.
